Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee covers all the products we provide our customers. Also, if a customer is dissatisfied in any way with a product, we guarantee that we will replace the product or refund your money minus shipping fees (restocking fee will apply) within 10 days of date of purchase. Once the product is opened from shrink wrap packaging we don’t accept returns due to contamination from dirt, liquids or solids.

For orders outside of the United States, Textile Marketing Consultants is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

International orders are not eligible to receive promotional gifts. Orders are shipped F.O.B. origin; prepaid & add. Due to size limitations it is sometimes necessary to ship by common carrier in which case we will try to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Customer-specified carriers will be shipped freight collect.
